2020 was a challenging year for finding creative inspiration and motivation. During the initial three months of lockdown, I could not paint anything. Each attempt I started made it halfway through and then halted. Towards the tail end of the Summer, I found myself enamored with skies. The immense beauty of clouds, sunlight and that smooth, bright blue expanse still held true, even while our world felt all mixed up. So I painted the sky.
